The surface of the cooling fan should be kept clean during use, the inlet and outlet should not be messy, and the dust in the fan and duct should be removed regularly.

The cooling fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. Precautions should be taken when storing fans in the open air. During storage and operation, the fan should be protected from jolts to avoid damage to the fan.

When the fan is completely normal, and at the same time, ensure that the capacity of the power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. It is strictly forbidden to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a special line and cannot be powered by a temporary line for a long time.

During the operation of the cooling fan, if it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the casing is live, the switch is tripped, or cannot be started, etc., the inspection should be stopped immediately. Determine if there is any abnormality, and then start again.

Supplement or replace the bearing from time to time according to the environmental conditions of use (the motor seal bearing does not need to replace the lubricating oil during the service life according to the use environment conditions to replenish or replace the bearing grease from time to time.
